Maruti Suzuki India unveiled the 7-seater MUV or you can say LUV "Ertiga" at the 2012 auto expo in New Delhi on 6th January, 2012. Maruti Ertiga is available in seven variants with two engine options - petrol and diesel.
The petrol one is 1373cc K-series engine which generates maximum power of 93.8 bhp with maximum torque of 130 nm. The diesel engine is 1248cc 16V Multijet, which generates maximum power of 88.8 bhp with maximum torque of 200 nm.
Maruti Ertiga is a proper seven-seater with foldable rear seats to increase the boot space. Maruti Ertiga looks very handsome and proportionate and gives feel of a MPV with its monospace design.Maruti Ertiga Outlook looks like mix of Maruti swift and Ritz.

Earthquake in Indonesia 8.9 Richter scale | India Withdrawn Tsunami Warning
India has withdrawn the tsunami warning issued after the massive earthquake measuring 8.6 on the Richter scale in Indonesia.However, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said there was little danger of a tsunami.
Earthquake hits two times in India, cities like Kolkata and Chennai at 4.25 pm, but there was no tsunami threat from these aftershocks.
The original earthquake struck Indonesia at 2.08 pm, and first reports said it measured 8.9 on the Richter scale. It spurred warnings of a possible tsunami. The quake was later downgraded to 8.6 magnitude.
A tsunami watch was issued for the whole Indian Ocean. The quake struck 308 miles (500 km) southwest of the city of Banda Aceh, on the northern tip of Indonesia's Sumatra island, at a depth of 20.5 miles (33 km), the U.S. Geological survey said.
The quake was felt as far away as the Thai capital, Bangkok, and in southern India, residents said. Hundreds of office workers in Bangalore left their buildings, workers there said. The tremors were felt in Chennai and several other cities on the eastern coast.
The quake was in roughly in the same area as a Dec 26, 2004, quake of 9.1 magnitude, which sent huge tsunami waves crashing into Sumatra, in that quake tsunami killed 230,000 people living around the Indian Ocean – 170,000 of them in Aceh.
